Client requirement:
The system must comply with GMP pharmaceutical use for medicine
manufacturing. All pipes should be SS316. The system must be a
double pass RO system with EDI.
Process: Double RO+system+EDI, all material SS316
1) For system:
1. The system should seamlessly fit into user current distribution
loop which is 126m in total length with a diameter of 1 inch and 8
sampling points.
2. The system must be compatible with user existing 3000L storage
water tank.
Can I know will the product water pipe connect to storage water
tank or loop, and connection size there?
The product water pipe will connect to our storage tank
3. The piping of the system must be SS316L and its interior surface
finish requirement of <0.8micrometer Ra
As DB and MB require chemicals for resin regeneration, even SS316L
corrosion resistance not good as UPVC, we can revise if required.
This is for connection from TOC resolver to product water tank
connection
4. The requirement of the purified water distribution and
generation loop to conduct sanitization is required.
This could be heat sanatization using hot water at 85 C
With regards to the ss316 piping for the system;
Based on the definition of purified water, it will be required to
have
SS316L right after the 1st RO stage and onwards. I.e., in the
generation
system itself, it will be made of SS316L. Only at pretreatment
stage
until the RO membrane to made from PVC pipes.
